Amazon + J&J | Gentle Cleansing Pop-Up

Amazon partnered with J&J brands Aveeno and Neutrogena to launch brand activations in college campus Amazon Hub locations across the country to promote new gentle cleansing skin care products. The result is a vibrant and technology driven activation that engages guests to meet their cleanser match.

Concept Design

As guests enter the Amazon Hub, they encounter a beautiful installation of shapes and volumes in vibrant colors. With integrated digital touchscreens, the activation attracts with digital content meant to attract and engage. The center of the activation is a fun and whimsical “perfect match” game - an interactive matchmaker game where guests swipe to find the cleanser that fits their personality and skin care needs.

Four persona displays designed around the different skin care matches that guests identified with flank either side of the activation. Digital content led to fun horoscope-like persona descriptions, routines to best fit their skin and influencer videos that showed the use of the products. Full-size samples and a premium giveaway are added incentives for engagement.
